The cake that started this blogging idea

This is the figure skate carved cake that started the idea of this blog.

Challenges: One day to complete cake, small kitchen space , kitchen table used for carving is lop-sided and there is no lighting, no wax paper, no formal templates so one was created by using aluminum foil.

Reward: Happy 21st Birthday Girl
